How to Cancel an Order

If you end up having to cancel an order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Fill out the Order Cancellation Form  or Email us at shop@dealorion.com and include the order number in the subject headline Also If you have created the account during checkout or before placing the order then you can directly cancel the order by logging into your account under orders tab.

If you need to cancel after we have already shipped it to you, you can refuse the order and Fill out the Order Cancellation Form or send an email with your order number in the subject headline. Be sure to include that you have refused the package and are requesting to cancel the order.

Replacement & Refund Policy

DealOrion makes it a priority to handle each product with care and we do everything in our power to ensure our products reach our customers in perfect condition, however we understand that mistakes happen; fragile items can get damaged in transit. We can only offer return within 7 days from the date of product delivery and will initiate the refund after the successful return of the product to our warehouse. 

Personal Care Items such as vests, beauty products, etc are NOT eligible for returns and exchange.

Here are the cases in which we accept returns:

Case 1 : If the wrong product was sent, or if your product was damaged or defective, it will automatically qualify for a return. DealOrion will pick up the item and send a brand new product replacement to you at no additional cost.

Case 2 : If it appears that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person, just send us an email at shop@dealorion.com

Be sure to include the order number. If you have to mail the package yourself, ensure that the original packaging and product tag is present.
